Community Programs

We provide music, art, dance, and drama programs in early education, schools, aged care, disability, and for people of all ages and abilities

Creativity for all

Developed by qualified Music, Art, Drama, and Dance Therapists, our Community Programs are delivered by skilled community practitioners who bring the joy of music, dance, drama, and arts into Aged Care, Disability Homes, and Educational settings from early childhood to secondary school. This unique collaboration ensures that every program is grounded in therapeutic best practices while remaining vibrant, inclusive, and focused on the pure joy of creative expression. By blending clinical insight with community spirit, we empower individuals of all ages and abilities to thrive through the transformative power of the arts.

Early Childhood & School Programs

The journey through early childhood and school life brings unique social and emotional challenges. Creative Community programs—incorporating music, art, drama, and dance—offers a powerful pathway for students to build resilience, self-expression, and a sense of belonging.

We provide tailored therapeutic programs for early learning centers, primary schools, and high schools. Whether working with individuals or small groups, our goal is to foster a supportive environment where students can thrive. Our diverse sessions include:

  • Music & Song: Using rhythm and melody to communicate and connect.

  • Visual Arts: Exploring emotions through painting, sculpting, and drawing.

  • Drama & Roleplay: Building empathy and social skills through storytelling.

  • Dance & Movement: Promoting physical confidence and emotional release.

Our specialised approach is grounded in collaboration. We provide ongoing evaluation and consult closely with educators and families to ensure our creative programs meet the developmental milestones of every student.

Aged Care

Moving into aged care is a significant life transition that can often feel lonely. We believe the arts have the unique power to bridge that gap, fostering connection and joy when it’s needed most. Through our tailored Creative Community Programs, we help residents rediscover their sense of community and wellbeing.

Our sessions cater to everyone—from intimate individual moments to lively group gatherings. Whether it’s a resident finding their voice in a choir, a group learning a new instrument, or enjoying some movement in dance time, our activities are designed for pure enjoyment.

Residents engage through:

  • Singing cherished classics and discovering new favourites.

  • Rhythmic movement, dance, and light exercise.

  • Hands-on instrument play and collaborative songwriting.

  • Group art sessions with drawing, painting, and other mediums.

We don’t just play music; we partner with you. Our approach includes consistent evaluation and consultation with staff to ensure our programs evolve alongside the residents’ needs.

Disability Programs

Every individual deserves a life rich in expression and social connection. For residents in disability housing, Creative Community programs—spanning music, art, drama, and dance—provide a vital bridge to self-advocacy and emotional wellbeing. Our programs are designed to celebrate ability, fostering a sense of pride and community belonging.

We offer flexible sessions tailored to individual NDIS goals or shared house dynamics. Our multi-modal approach allows residents to choose their preferred 'voice' through:

  • Musical Exploration: Singing, adaptive instrument play, and songwriting.

  • Visual Arts: Sensory-based painting, sculpture, and tactile creation.

  • Movement & Dance: Enhancing motor skills and body awareness.

  • Drama & Storytelling: Building social confidence and non-verbal communication.

Our specialised practitioners prioritise ongoing consultation with residents, their families, and house managers. We use consistent documentation to track progress against individual goals, ensuring our creative interventions remain meaningful and person-centred.
